Flow cytometry Center

北京生命科学研究所流式中心是利用流式细胞仪为生命科学及相关领域的科学研究提供细胞检测分析和分选技术的公共平台。流式细胞术可对液体中的细胞或微粒的荧光信号进行高通量、多参数、高灵敏度、高精确度的定量分析,并对感兴趣的目标群体进行分选纯化,以满足下游深度研究。目前流式中心拥有BD LSRFortessa™BD FACSAria™ IIBD FACSAria™ IIIBD FACSAria™ Fusion等型号的多台流式细胞分析、分选型仪器,配置国内先进的多激光组合、多荧光通道的光学检测系统,为研究探索生命科学提供强有力的支撑。同时,流式中心致力于开发引进新方法,丰富细胞分析和分选的维度,促进科学研究和临床应用的进展。

The Flow Cytometry Center is a public platform that uses flow cytometry to provide cell detection, analysis and sorting technologies for scientific research in life sciences and related fields. Flow cytometry can perform high-throughput, multi-parameter, high-sensitivity, and high-precision quantitative analysis of fluorescent signals of cells or particles in liquid, and sort and purify target groups of interest to meet downstream in-depth research. At present, the flow cytometry center has multiple models of flow cytometric analysis and sorting instruments, like BD LSRFortessa™, BD FACSAria™ II, BD FACSAria™ III, BD FACSAria™ Fusion, equipped with domestic advanced optical detection system with multi-laser combination and multi-fluorescence channels, it provides strong support for the research and exploration of life sciences. At the same time, the Flow Cytometry Center is committed to developing and introducing new methods, enriching the dimensions of cell analysis and sorting, and promoting the progress of scientific research and clinical applications.
